Current operating platform · Real estate

A straightforward path for Jacksonville property owners.

If repairs, timing, tenants or uncertainty make a traditional sale difficult, we can evaluate the property as-is and explain the numbers without pressure.

Request a property review

How it works

Four clear steps.

No promises before the facts. We first understand the property, then review condition, title and comparable sales before discussing firm terms.

1

Tell us about it

Share the address, condition, occupancy and your preferred timeline.

2

Review the property

We examine comparable sales, estimated repairs and title-related considerations.

3

Discuss the numbers

If it appears workable, we explain the offer and assumptions behind it.

4

Close through title

If we agree, the transaction proceeds through a Florida title company.

What we review

The facts behind every conversation.

We do not manufacture a number from an online estimate. A useful review needs four pieces of information.

Current condition

Major systems, visible repairs and any deferred maintenance.

Title and ownership

Who can sign, known liens and issues a title company may need to resolve.

Comparable sales

Recent, relevant sales—not an unverified automated value alone.

Your timeline

Whether you need speed, flexibility, possession after closing or more time.

Honest comparison

Choose the route that fits.

A direct investor sale is not automatically the best option. If your home is market-ready and time is flexible, listing may produce a higher price.

Frequently asked

Clear answers before you decide.

Are you a real-estate broker?

No. Moyano Capital currently evaluates properties as a principal investor, not as your broker or agent.

Is this form an offer?

No. It is a request for review. Any offer must be made separately and in writing after condition, title and comparable sales are evaluated.

Do I have to accept?

No. You control whether to continue. You may compare a direct sale with listing, keeping the property or other available options.

Do you charge a fee?

We do not charge a seller a fee merely to request a review. Any transaction costs or credits will be disclosed in the written agreement and closing statement.

Could a contract be assigned?

Depending on the transaction, contractual rights may be assigned only when disclosed in writing and permitted. Review every agreement carefully and seek independent legal advice when needed.
